Custom Instruction (extended?)

Hi,

I dont know if it's possible to do it within a custom instruction, but I d like to access all refister file (r0 ->r31) within a custom instruction. I know you can access one with input, and writeback but it's only one by one, I would like to access several. does anyone know if it''s possible?
