CPU CYcle count Urgent Info Required

Hello All, What are the ways to find the CPU cycle count ? as in Performance counter , using timestamp. But both of these are not working in my case. Could anyone let me know the detailed...

Remember that these numbers do not factor in access times to other components or cache efficiency since this changes based on your system/algorithm.
