converting/programming .svf files

Hi experts,

we designed a Board with EP2C8 and EPCS4. In the production line we check the boards with a boundary scan system.

A very fast way to program the board is using the boundary scan tools to flash the .JAM and .SVF files from Quartus into the

EPCS4. But from Quartus we get only FPGA-configuration data!

I'm looking for a tool to convert the NIOS2-application code (.elf or .flash) into serial vector format (.svf) and add this file (the NIOS

code) on the configuration file (.svf)

Can anybody help me?
