Configuring DDR soDIMM on DE4 Nios based SoC

Hello,

I'm trying to create a Nios SoC on a DE4 Board using the included DDR So-Dimm (DSL with Hynix DRAM). Anyway, I don't know how to configure the DDR2 SDRAM controller with UniPHY in QSys. I tried "cloning" the demonstration tutorial but it doesn't work (actually, some numbers differ from the provided datasheet). Does anybody know how to configure it? Thanks a lot
