Honored ContributorCan you describe your resets in more detail (do you have an I/O associated to it, general reset after download, the watchdog is the reset only, etc...)
If you have the watchdog feeding the Nios as the reset, then I would "AND" it with a real reset (assuming your resets are coming in active low).
