21 years agouC/OS-II comes with the full version of Nios II. Since you said 'study' I assume you are a student. If you are a student, I recommend you and your professor check out Altera's university program (you might be able to get a full version that way). With the full version not only do you get uC/OS-II but you also don't need to leave a JTAG cable connected to your hardware like you do in the evaluation version.
If you purchased a Nios Development Board you should have a full license already. (So I would check out Altera's licensing to see what would be best for you).
