Honored ContributorSOLVED - I loaded the wrong .sof file, altera_nios_dev_board_cyclone_1c20.sof does NOT work, but when I Loaded C:\altera\kits\nios2\examples\verilog\niosII_cyclone_1c20\standard\standard.sof it worked beautifully
