Code Stuck at "AUTO-Negotiation PASSED"

Hello,

Initially my Code working fine....but after adding an input pin to my nios....it stop working. and won't go beyond "AUTO-Negotiation PASSED". even though i have removed the chnages i had made...but it keep on stuck on the same point..

During adding pin to Nios-II..i have reassign the Base address (Auto assign base address) and auto assign ISR.

but after remove the changes i again reassign the base address by auto assign base address button.
