When I force safe board configuration on 1C20 dev board - can I expect the default software package in this board to use CF for any purpose? How can I see CF interface activity, not using uCLinux?

It shows to have 14.1 Mb capacity, not 128M like I was thinking based on the manufacturer model number (FAW-5020-128). Anybody knows an example of using CF on nios II with micrium or directly, without os?
