Can't run code out of flash!

I am trying to run my Nios II code from flash with no success. I can run from the IDE, no problem when program memory is in RAM. I then change the build for flash. The flash programmer works fine ...

Scott,

Not sure what you mean. How/where do I get that? I was just looking around trying to find a map file. Does Nios II make a map file so you can see where everything falls??
