can't parse .sopcinfo file

Hi

I build the project by Quartus9.0 in windows to genearte .ptf, .sof, .sopc and .sopcinfo files. then I copy these files to a vitrual machine with Ubuntu10 OS to build software. but when the scipt run to nios2-bsp command line, there is a severe error: "Can't parse SOPC design file "./project.sopcinfo". Is it a .sopcinfo file?". and I doube check the sopcinfo file, it's fine. could you please give me some suggestion how to reovle it?
