Can't find valid feature line for core 6AFA_1001?

Hello:

I'm new here.

I have a problem which I have been unable to find answer.

there is a problem when i compiled it

Error: Can't find valid feature line for core 6AFA_1001 in current license

Error: Can't compile design containing encrypted file C:/altera/quartus42sp1/excalibur/sopc_builder/tutorials/Nios_HW_Tutorial_Stratix_1S10/test1/sopc_parameters_0.tdf -- current license does not allow this file to be opened

How can i solve it??

is it problem with license??if it is,how or where can i get it??
