can't create linux project

Hi, I have downloaded and installed nios2linux-1.4, but in the new project menu, I can't find Microtronix Nios II folder which is described in Linux Quick Start Guide.pdf, as the following...

Oh,no...

I find the following info from readme.txt for nios2linux-1.4 released version.

This release is designed to work with Quartus® II 5.0 on:

Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.

It shows that uClinux can run in windows XP, doesn't it?
