Can't connect to HTTP server ,startup ROMRAM

who can help me ?

I used HTTP server , startup ROMRAM.

"nios2-download -g httpServer" , I could connect to the mashine .

After i program it into flash and restart mashine , then can't connect it. if i "nios2-download -g httpServer" again , then can connect.

why ? who can tell me ?
