Can't boot uClinux from the EPCS & CFI Flash?

According to the

When I try the 7th step ,I found can't boot uClinux from EPCS & CFI Flash,the prevous step is OK.

The problem of boot from EPCS:

the nios2-flash-programmer of zImage is OK,when reset the system,the Hardware may be configured successfully,but how Do I know the uClinux is start successfully?

The problem of boot from CFI Flash:

when use the nios2-flash-programmer programmer ,it promot:input file is too large to fit,and how Do I know the uClinux is start successfully,too?

Is someone have pass the step successfully? Need your help!
