cannot build toolchain

I am trying to follow the instructions for building the uClinux by using the files contained in nios2linux-1.4.zip,

but the build0322.zip file is missig. This means I cannot run the build script and therefore can't start the build process. Can someone tell me where to get the correct zip file. I have serching for 4 hours now and cannot find it. :)
