Can not find romfs_list in MMU

I want to add a HW node, but I can not find

~/nios2-linux/uClinux-dist/vendors/Altera/nios2/romfs_list

in the MMU version.

Can any one help me out please?

I am simply trying to on/off LED and read PB on NEEK board.
