Can i use nios2 functions in uclinux?......

i added sl811hs as user defined perpheral,and have 3 problems:

1.can i use nios2 functions in uclinux?? such as IOWR_ALTERA_AVALON_USB(USB_BASE,DATA). how to use it??

2.does uclinux v1.2 include USBD? how to choice usb setting when i configure kernel??

3.does uclinux default look usb as sda1? is usb a char device or block device??
