can I use higer clock frequency than 50Mhz?

I am using altera stratix professional stratrix 1S-40 board. could I set the clock frequency higher than 50Mhz for the standard project in the example? thx

I want to improve the frequence to test my SDRAM. I remember some place mentioned about the frequency. 75Mhz is not very high for stratix, right? so can we increase the frequence from 50Mhz to 75 or 100 Mhz for the example design"standard" for stratix 1s40 fpga?
