Can I use DM9000AEP to make two Ethernet ports?

Hi,all

I want to have two Ethernet ports with DM9000AEP device,

one named "dm9000" ,another named"DM9000A" in the SOPC.

the system is uClinux (on nioswiki).

will they can work ?
