can i share the sdram' RAS CAS and other refresh control pin?

hello,everyone

i use two 16 bit SDRAM, and want use less data pin,

so i use 16 bit data bus, i use exteral logic to generate two CS,

and want to know, can i share the refresh control pin?

i mean that can i use combine two chip's RAS, CAS, CKE, CLK together?

    yes of course thats absolutly normal to combine them.

    also combining the DQM and BA and WE Signals is normal

    so you can share all those signals if you attach more than one 16bit device but you must of course seperate the CS (chip select) to each device.
