can i run uclinux on my custom board?

my custom board has only 1M flash and 256k sram, and the fpga chip is cycloneII ep2c5t144c8! i want to learn uclinux ,but 1M flash is not enough to load uclinux kernel image and romfs!! how can i...

you would not need flash, but you need RAM.

To run uClinux at least 3MB of RAM in necessary.
