call objcopy from IDE?

Is there a way to call nios2-elf-objcopy from IDE? I have to extract the .exceptions section and I am searching for a more convenient way than using the SDK after creating the elf-file in the IDE....

In project properties select "builders" and add your own after altera auto-generated builder. That's the way I run obj-copy after build.
