Kernel did crased before we modified the FIFO_UART HDL. Kernel started, recevied some datas , crashed and rebooted automaticlly.

You'd better debug tty using JTAG as Console like hippo said. Post some debug information here. Although I am not good at SW, but so many other NIOSII GODs here, haha.
