C++ on uClinux on Nios II ?

Can you use C++ on uClinux on Nios II? I tried building the C++ test application available in menuconfig, but STL doesn't build: Code: Do I need to install something else to get pthread support...

FWIW, I had a fairly large C++ library and application that uses pthreads working on no-MMU uClinux.

I am now using an MMU and having some new problems though -- started a new thread because it's a completely new problem: http://www.alteraforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20152.
