building libjpeg

I just got uClinux 1.4 booted on my Altera Cyclone 1c20 Dev board. Kudos to the creators. Things worked exactly as described.

Now I wan't to start adding my app stuff. How do I go about adding libjpeg to the build? I wan't to build the jpeg reference stuff so I can test the decompression speed.
