Build Make Target

I want to do "build make target " of sample/hello ,but there is an error! hello.gdb can't be created!and list are the messages. make -k all no emulation specific options. nios2...

I have another question,when I want to dedug the hello.

The message is prompted: Lauching(Error : Nios II Linux is not in application debug mode) .
