booting a dual NIOS II

So, I've been working on this 1S10 dev board. I've twice gotten dual core builds that loaded from different addresses on flash. Last time I added other items that pushed the size (LEs)...

Try using the Nios II 1.1 and Q 4.2

The multi cpu systems are easier.
