bluetooth wifi

Hi,

I'm a student on computing science. I work currently on a project with an FPGA (Altera cyclone, I use the cyclone development kit) and a embedded ucLinux. I'd like to use a bluetooth or a wi-fi module but I don't know how to choose this.

If anyone could help me, if you know a model I can use in particular, it would be very nice to help me.
