AMD and SST flash

Hello everyone!

Who did you ever use the SST39VF3201DB-90-4c-EK or Am29LV320DB90EC?

I want to use it in nios system,but there is no them in SPOC builder?

What must I do to use them in nios system?

Am29LV320DB90EC ,the boot sector size is different!

the CFI command of the two chip is different!

Which is easier to use?

    Which flash do folks here use except INTEL and AMD's? Please give others an good examles, thank you.
