Honored ContributorCyclone-IV - Specifically, a EP4CE22F17C6N, the 'device IP catalogue' does not support PLL's, so I'm using the MegaWizard.
The ONLY thing I have found that works is to create the ALTPLL in 13.0, and then use it in later versions. That works, so long as you NEVER (never!) try to edit it. It seems almost certain that it is a defect in the megawizard - I'm wondering just how loud I have to be to get someone that can fix it to acknowledge that it exists. In the words of Dr. McCoy: "He's dead, Jim."
