Alterawiki's superloop nichestack problem

Hi all , I've downloaded the "super loop" ZIP file from the "Super Loop NicheStack" page on the altera wiki web site. Unfortunately the patch fails with Quartus 9.1 SP2 used in my company. Does anybody know how to render it usable with Quartus 9.1?
