altera timer hal overflow question ?

Hi Paolo,

we currently use NIOS II 5.0, we did not upgrade to 5.1 because we just

finished some projects and we already made some bad experience

with update.

in 5.0 the rollover flag does not exist, so I expect undefined behavior in

all our projects.
