Altera DE2 Board

I read all the documentation of the board i could find on the internet, but I still wonder of which speed grade are the memory chips used on the board (what is the minimum access time)?

Anybody out there who owns such board and can give me a hint?

    The SRAM is -10

    The SDRAM is -7
