Advanced Avalon PIO

I have posted my Advanced Avalon PIO to the Hardware Porjects area.

This is the standard pio that comes with Nios but it adds a few features.

1- The abilitly to read back the value written to a output only register

2- Set and clear reigsters

3- Add reset value.
