about up3 bug in Quartus v4.2 and Quartus v5.0

Everyone who use the up3 board please help me to solve this problem.

I have saw "Errata_for_the_UP3_Users_using_Quartus_II_4.2" in sls website.

The file points out<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div>

But I compiled my design in Quartus_II_v5.0, it still had this error sometime.

It worked well before I make my custom board for flash programer in up3. After this, it always show this error in my design. Of course, a few times it worked well also.

How can I deal with this bug??
