about linux kernel configure without CF card

HI, I compile my linux kernel , but fail .Because In my design no cf card component. Please tell me what should i configure my linux kernel without CF card component? Thank a lot!

You have to disable the IDE interface when configuring the kernel.

Also make sure you select the correct ptf file!!
