i used my own design, my flash is 2M, the address is from 0x000000 to 0x1fffff,

i set

Reset Address cfi_flash_0 0x00000000 0x00000000

Exception Address cfi_flash_0 0x00000020 0x00000020

Program Memory sram_0 0x00200000

Data Memory sram_0 0x00200000

Host Communication uart_0 0x00310000

Debugging Communication uart_0 0x00310000
