A problem about making a new component

When I used QuartusII4.2, I could make a new component by adding the .vqm file generated by Synplify.

But when it comes to QuartusII5.0, an error occurs. It says, it needs .vqm.xml file.

Is Anyone know how to deal with?

btw, someone told me that when using a user logic, it's better to use Synplify to synthesize the hdl files.
