a problem about interface to user logic

I find interface to user logic in legacy components, but what is the difference between interface to user logic in legacy components and the new components in file menu?

and what is legacy components!

    The reason why interface to user logic shows up in the legacy section is that it has been "replaced" by component editor. The components listed in the SDK section are only there to support old designs so if you are starting from scratch I recommend using new (non-sdk) components.
