can i transplant a Java Virtual Machine on a Nios,or a board of Altera? if we could,we can use the abundant software resources of Java, such as making the Nios a Proxy Server,or a simple m...

Yep that's what I found (different site but same technology).

But there's something about running and embedded system and java that just doesn't jive with me hehe. For what you are attempting it would be fine though.
