A C Program Alone can configure the NEEK?

Hai i'am Using NEEK and i'am a very beginner, but have skill in C logic.

Can we able to make application using C langauge alone without building HDL or sopc builder. if possible can anyone give me a start by referring a perfect tutorial or example theory..

    You can use one of the reference designs given with the kit. Just follow the tutorial.
