802.11

I want to make an AP(access point) use the AES arithmetic developped by myself. But I don't know which chipset I should choose.I know that the HFA3842 could realise the 802.11mac ,but my AES arithmetic must add to the 802.11mac.If I use this ASIC,can I add my AES?Or is there any other way I could use?802.11mac ipcore?

Who has the 802.11 mac ipcore?Thanks .

You might contact OmniWerks (www.omniwerks.com), a company which at one time had an 802.11 development kit for Nios/Nios II. I am not sure if they used an on-chip MAC or not...
