1GB DDR DIMM for NIOS II

Question

I have a "High-Speed Stratix GX Development Kit", come with DDR DIMM socket connected with Stratix GX "EP1SGX40GF1020C5".

By any way can we use SOPC (Quartus 6.1) create NIOSII system with DDR controller, cross the limit boundary 256MB, example I would like to use 1GB DIMM, I try my best but alway have a error message " Address range of instruction master crosses a 256-Mbyte boundary. That board has a smaller SSRAM that you can use for programs.  Cheers,  - slacker
