16 bits - wide DPRAM

Hi,

I developed an SOPC Builder component based on a 16 bit wide Dual Port RAM for SOPC Builder: one port is read and written by my logic, I want the other port to be an Avalon Slave Interface...

To develop the true dual port RAM I used the Mega-Wizard to configure two M4K blocks in 16x256 mode. If I'm not wrong, in this configuration I can see at addr 0x000 the first 16-bit word, at 0x001 another and so on...

The I developed the glue logic to interface to Avalon Bus, that seems to work properly (sim). How have I to configure Avalon Interface in SOPC builder Component Wizard to make it to work? I tried with both Memory and Register, but I still have read/write problems...

Any suggestion?
