1 flash programming question :)

i use altera cyclone board,the flash's capacity is 8M¡£my uclinux kernel is about 2099k, filesystem is about 1987k. while i download the kernel, filesystem is covered. error:K...

If you can remove something you don't really need in kernel, and make the kernel smaller than 2M, that will be the best. If you can not reduce the size of kernel to less than 2M, I would recommend u-boot, which allows you to compress the kernel to less than 1M.
