.sof file of EP2C20F484C7N FPGA device

Hi,

I want to download the sof file of Cyclone II EP2C20F484C7N FPGA kit. This device sof file is not present in nios installation directory nios/example/verilog/.. folder. From where i will get that device family .sof file?
