.gdbinit no such file or directory in nios

Hi,I am trying to validate the UART using NIOS-II processor. While i am debugging it i am getting error ".gdbinit no such file or directory.". i am thinking that because of this problem i am unable to print Helol world in teraterm.Can any one please suggest me the solution.Thanks in Advance,C.Ashok
