.bsf file not generated

When I run the NIOS II hardware development tutorial , .bsf (Symbol) file is not generated by Qsys

    IIRC in one of the last steps before generation in Qsys, you can choose what file QSys should create. It is in one of the last tabs. Check that the bsf file is enabled there.

    I have the same problem, how do you solve it ???

    I have selected the option "Create block sybol file" in generation Tab.

    Im working with quartus II v12 web ed.
