wrong in ip core

HI,does anyone know what's wrong with it(see in accessory 1),i installed the quartus 2 7.2 and dsp builder7.2 and matlab 7.1,presently ,i used the megacore(for example fir.fft.nco and so on,anyone of them happened with same wrong),it happened wrong,but if i did not use megacore,averything is ok,the accessories is an example happened in cic megacore.althougn it happened,but id did not Affect simulation in simulink,but when i simulate with modelsim, it has no results.the output data type is "U"(see in accessory 2),help me,please,thanks

    now,i upload two pictures with their type are jpg.Today i installed matlabr2007a(i saw installing instructions,the dsp builder 7.2 can compatible with matlab2006a<matlab7.2>,2006b<matlab7.3>,2007a<matlab7.4>,and i installed matlab7.1 previously,so i think i am wrong),but the error also happened when updating the model in simulink......
